Kapton® FCR Corona Resistant Polyimide FEP Film

FCR Corona Resistant Polyimide FEP Film (e.g Kapton® FCR, LIREN® FCR film) is a heat bondable film, constructed of Corona Resistant Polyimide Film coated with FEP fluoropolymer adhesive on one side (FCR) or both sides (FCRF). It not only combines the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of Polyimide Film and FEP resin, but also has superior corona resistance, heat sealing effect and thermal conductivity. It withstands the damaging effects of corona discharge, enhances service life and operational efficiencies of conventional electrical insulation materials.

Kapton® CR Corona Resistant Polyimide Film

CR Polyimide Film (e.g. Kapton® CR, LIREN® CR film) is a corona resistant film, developed specifically to withstand the damaging effects of corona. It not only retains the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of general polyimide Film, but also has superior corona resistance and thermal conductivity. It enhances service life and operational efficiencies vs conventional electrical insulation materials. This film can be used in electrical rotating machines, electrical insulation, traction motors, generators, transformers, magnetic wire, and so on.

EC Electrically Conductive Black Polyimide Film

EC Electrically Conductive Black Polyimide Film is an electrically conductive film, which are precisely loaded with conductive carbons to produce films with tightly controlled surface resistivity. The range of the surface resistance is 50-1500Ω. As heating film, it has good electrical conductibility, excellent radiation resistant, excellent flexible and endurable properties. It is used as protecting components for heating, heat protection, and drying up to 260℃. It is used in heater, heating part, health care, agriculture, consumer electronics, satellites and space applications.

Kapton® XC Black Anti-Static Polyimide Film

XC Black Polyimide Films (e.g. Kapton® XC Film) are black electrically conductive films, which are precisely loaded with conductive carbons to produce films with tightly controlled surface resistivity. XC film provides both thermal and anti-static control. XC film can be produced with surface resistances from 104 to 109 ohms/sq., retains all the outstanding inertness, radiation and temperature resistance of other polyimide films, which make them ideal for use in space or other extreme environments.

AM Aluminum Metallized Polyimide Film consists of a polyimide film coated with aluminum on one side. It not only has excellent low and high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, and flame resistance, but also has EMI shielding and high thermal conductivity. It is used in a wide range of industries where EMI shielding and efficient thermal energy transfer are required.
